• Pemenee River Riders Snowmobile Club Meeting

• Meeting called to order 6:00 pm by Vice President Dale Lindner – 7 people in attendance.
• Roll was taken: Zac Seidel absent, Dale Lindner present, Marsha Geib present
• November 2024 Meeting minutes presented
• Motion to approve Char Liebergen, Second by Brett Geib. Approved
• November 2024 Treasurers Report presented
•  Motion to approve Dennis Liebergen, Second by Wayne Brooks. Approved
• Old Business
  • The Field Halloween Ride – we did 2 50/50’s on the ride.
    • $172 from 1st 50/50 and $229 on 2nd 50/50 plus $40 & $50 donated back to the club from the winners. $491 in proceeds
  • Green Acres meat raffle additional donation
    • $200 from Green Acres as well as a Ticket wheel donation!!!
  • Alliance dues paid - $223.40
  • New Low Buck Riders sponsorship $30
    • Event is Saturday December 7th – need someone to set up table & sell tickets
    • Dale & Zac attended & sold 30 tickets
  • Brat Fry information
    • Gathering basket raffle donations – Lauren Lagest, Amanda Fleishman, Joe Narlock, Dennis Liebergen
    • Volunteers for day of event – Coldwell Bankers, Ryan Hametner
  • Hitch & ball mount, hitch locking pin, battery tender & new wireless mouse all ordered. 
• New Business
  • Snowmobile DNR training class – provided Subway lunch ($243.75)
  • 2024 -2025 maps paid $667.41
  • 2024 Tax bill – explanation as to why we didn’t receive – will no longer receive as personal property taxes have been stopped
• Open Forum    
  • Need someone to look at heater on North sided of bldg.
  • Propane was ordered & delivered. Still used Lakes as we had a credit and the tanks haven’t been switched yet.
  • Update from Alliance meeting – Dale advised that Zac Albreight has requested clubs to be checking & replaceing signs as needed since we do not have snow. Dale advised AWSC is considering changing dues.
